There are different customs in different countries and different cities'.
The typical brunch in New York and 'with salmon, usually beagles (and that' a bun of bread that is boiled and then baked, is a bit 'rubbery, but good), like Philadelphia cheese and salmon.
But even the most 'accurate - and my favorite-Norvegian eggs (salmon eggs): Inglese
muffin (like toast), salmon, poached egg (poached eggs), and hollandaise sauce. For the hollandaise sauce
you transcribe the recipe:
4 egg yolks 1 tablespoon
lemon juice 125 g butter Salt and pepper to taste
Mix eggs and lemon whip, put the mixture in a double boiler, add butter, stirring constantly, season with salt and pepper.
I, after three years in America, I learned how to make poached eggs. All
already know 'them well, I know ... But I'm very proud:
- open the egg in a cup
- put a pot full in the middle 'of water and half cup of white vinegar (which is quickly coagulate the egg white) on the heat until almost boiling (you should see small bubbles on the walls of the pans),
- with a wooden spoon stir the water so that it has a circular motion and
- immerse the egg in the center of the vortex
- 2-3 minutes of cooking with lid e. ..
